Imperfections and cover colors will vary depending on availability. If you have a color preference, we will try to accommodate, but if that color is not available, we will send what is available. 

How we determine imperfect planners: when we receive the planners back at the shop, we inspect each one to make sure it looks great. If it doesn't look great, it gets set aside and not used to fulfill orders. 

Returns are not accepted for imperfect planners.

If your shipment was returned due to incorrect address, the customer will have the option to pay for a new shipping label with correct shipping address.

Please double check your mailing address - customers will be responsible for returned packages due to undeliverable address provided at checkout.  Customer will have the option to request package to be resent for additional postage charge, or for product cost to be refunded (shipping charges will not be refunded)

We are not responsible for lost packages or delay in shipment due to the postal service. If your package is lost, we recommend you open a claim with the shipment service provider (USPS, UPS, etc). Questions & Answers:

What comes with my planner? Along with your planner, you will receive a hand addressed envelope, thank you card, and your packing slip. Enclosed with tissue paper and delivered to your doorstep in our new custom mailer boxes.  Any add ons purchased (notepads, page markers, etc), will also be included in your shipment. 

How can I track my order? Once the shipping label is created, you will receive an email update from our automated system that will give you access to the tracking number. 

What if my shipment doesn't arrive? Occasionally the post office loses packages. If the tracking is stuck on "arriving late" and has not updated after a few days, there's a good chance it is lost. If this happens, please open a claim with the shipment service provider (USPS, UPS, etc) then email erica@brokersplanner.com.
