Returns not accepted. Please message us if you have any questions before ordering.

Please double check your mailing address - customers will be responsible for returned packages due to undeliverable address provided at checkout.  Customer will have the option to request package to be resent for additional postage charge, or for product cost to be refunded (shipping charges will not be refunded)

We are not responsible for lost packages or delay in shipment due to the postal service. If your package is lost, we recommend you open a claim with the shipment service provider (USPS, UPS, etc). Questions & Answers:

What comes with my Ledger? Along with your Ledger, you will receive a thank you card, and your packing slip. Enclosed with tissue paper and delivered to your doorstep in our new custom mailer boxes.  Any add ons purchased (notepads, page markers, etc), will also be included in your shipment. 

How can I track my order? Once the shipping label is created, you will receive an email update from our automated system that will give you access to the tracking number. 

What if my shipment doesn't arrive? Occasionally the post office loses packages. If the tracking is stuck on "arriving late" and has not updated after a few days, there's a good chance it is lost. If this happens, please open a claim with the shipment service provider (USPS, UPS, etc) then email erica@brokersplanner.com.
