Broker’s Best, is a thought-out quality, structured agenda to manage your real estate career and everyday life. Designed with purpose, keeping our often chaotic schedules in mind, my goal is to keep you focused on achieving your goals and accomplishing the things that move the needle. The quarterly edition includes 3 months with one day per two-page spread (weekend shares a two-page-spread), and features goal setting with review of your stats so you can stay in front of your production throughout the year. Task-focused weekly productivity trackers, social media inspo, time blocking daily schedule, and so much more to keep you as productive as possible.
This is a subscription service. By purchasing, you will have recurring charges every 3 months for the newest version of the quarterly planners starting with a Q2 2024 planner
Planners will be packaged and shipped 2-4 weeks before the new quarter begins.

Returns not accepted. Please message us if you have any questions before ordering.
Please double check your mailing address - customers will be responsible for returned packages due to undeliverable address provided at checkout. Customer will have the option to request package to be resent for additional postage charge, or for product cost to be refunded (shipping charges will not be refunded)
We are not responsible for lost packages or delay in shipment due to the postal service. If your package is lost, we recommend you open a claim with the shipment service provider (USPS, UPS, etc). When will planners ship? If you purchase the subscription during pre-order, your order will be shipped no later than SEPT. 15th.
How often will my subscription re-occur? By signing up for the quarterly subscription you agree to recurring payments every three months. Future orders will be processed on the 10th of November, February, May and August for the upcoming quarter and so on. Your subscription service will recur unless a cancellation is made.
What comes with my planner? Along with your planner, you will receive a hand addressed envelope, thank you card, and your packing slip. Enclosed with tissue paper and delivered to your doorstep in our new custom mailer boxes. Any add ons purchased (notepads, page markers, etc), will also be included in your shipment.
How can I track my order? Once the shipping label is created, you will receive an email update from our automated system that will give you access to the tracking number.
What if my shipment doesn't arrive? Occasionally the post office loses packages. If the tracking is stuck on "arriving late" and has not updated after a few days, there's a good chance it is lost. If this happens, please open a claim with the shipment service provider (USPS, UPS, etc) then email erica@brokersplanner.com.
