Buyer Info Questionnaire For Real Estate Agents

How many times have you been on the phone with a prospective buyer and you begin talking about what they want in their next home and grab a random piece of scrap paper that is within reach and start scribbling.

What happens to that scrap paper? it gets misplaced or thrown away and now you cant remember their must haves, or worse.. their deal breakers. YIKES.

I created this form to be able to jot down my buyer clients needs and wants in a hurry and be able to translate the notes into a successful home search (that wont get lost or thrown away).

Fill it out and put it in their prospect file.

This form can also used as a conversational guide and can be extremely helpful (especially for newer agents) to keep the conversation with buyer leads moving forward to collect info you need in order to understand their needs and wants.

 

Printing options;

When you receive the PDF, you have printing options:

- Print one at a time as needed

- Print a bunch so they're ready to go when you have a new lead

- Print on colored paper, to make the form stand out

- Print single sided or double sided
