Customer will be liable for returned packages due to undeliverable address provided at checkout.  Customer will have the option to request package to be resent for additional postage charge, or for product cost to be refunded (shipping charges will not be refunded) 

We are not responsible for lost packages or delay in shipment due to the postal service. If your package is lost, we recommend you open a claim with the United States Postal Office.
